قُلْ أَنْفِقُوا طَوْعًا أَوْ كَرْهًا لَنْ يُتَقَبَّلَ مِنْكُمْ إِنَّكُمْ كُنْتُمْ قَوْمًا فَاسِقِينَ

Word by Word (2021) Translation

Say, "Spend willingly or unwillingly; never will be accepted from you. Indeed, you [you] are a people defiantly disobedient."
